Pool Deck
Loungers along the infinity edge, a mature tree for shade, golden-hour all around. Daytime sets the rhythm.
Sunset Terrace
Glass-railed terrace looking west over Phuket Town to the mountains. The signature 5pm seat in the house.
Indoor Dining
Curved teal banquettes, wood-slat ceiling, floor-to-ceiling glass. Cool when the rain rolls in, warm when the sun sets.
Food
Wood-fired Italian, made above Phuket Town.
Wood-fired pizzas, fresh pastas, seafood from the day's market, a focused set of Thai classics, and weekly specials. Cooked simply, served warm.
The Oven
Brick dome, almond wood, 450°C.
Every pizza, every focaccia, every roasted fish passes through the same fire. Sixty seconds for a Margherita. The crust does the talking.
Spaghetti Carbonara
Guanciale, Pecorino, slow-tempered egg yolk.
Caprese di Bufala
Sun-ripe tomatoes, buffalo mozzarella, basil, view of the mountains.
Margherita from the Wood Fire
San Marzano, fior di latte, 60-second blast in the wood-fired oven.
